I had the good fortune to travel to the Arctic in 2007 looking for shipwrecks of the lost whaling fleets. Cowboy archaeologist Mike Burwell is recording a 19th century shipwreck I discovered during an aerial survey. Near the site was this wooden structure of an earlier cultural. I was able to also capture photographs of the next generation growing up in U.S. Arctic.
